My name is Elizabeth Geel, although I prefer to be called Liz, as I find Elizabeth to formal for my tastes. I'm fourteen, but I'll be fifteen this year. I have five members in my family. My mom, step dad, and two sisters. I'm the middle child, but I don't mind. I enjoy the solitude. I have three cats, and a bird.
I love poetry. It has such feeling and emotion to it, like blues, except it's about anything. Poetry can be about anything. People write poems about anything and everything. Out of everything I write, (with the exception of a very improtant story) poems have got to be the greatest.
I also have a passion for reading. If you ask me, everyone should have the luxury to read a good book. The stories going on in them are rich, like the best potting soil. When I read, it helps me forget everything.
I am absolutely smitten with music. Classical really, because I want to compose. The way music sounds kind of defines my mood. When I listen to something somber, I'm very serious. I also appreciate stringed instruments, because the players practice so hard, and always try for the best. They make such a beautiful sound, and I wish I played one.
